I'm seeing it recovered now. No notice showed up on status.ovh.com after 30
minutes of the outage start (00:36 UTC start, 01:05 UTC I checked that
site). I was curious if others were affected.

I still see no status.ovh.com Issue regarding the inbound CHI->BHS link
packet loss.

The IP space for each additional hop past Level3 is OVH IP Space. Not sure
