I'm seeing the same. It's not a local DNS error, it's a HTML error page that contains the following text:
--- Service Unavailable - DNS failure The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later. Reference #11.832d1bb8.1464798760.162f8dd4 --- If I'm not mistaken that's an Akamai error.
