Fix Action: Changes were reverted back to restore services. Summary: During a network optimization effort, a corrupted configuration was introduced between select network devices, which impacted customer services. The change to these core network to edge device paths was reverted to resolve service impacts. If additional issues are experienced, please contact the Level 3 Technical Service Center at 1-877-4LEVEL3. This service impact has concluded; however, there may be additional analysis and discovery that occurs as the incident is reviewed by NOC management.
