We are having issues all over. Here are some examples:
1) (NY - 60 Hudson) NTT -> Cogent -> Cable-net (Cyprus).
2) (NJ - Solar VPS) GTT -> (London) Level3 -> (Israel) Hashikma Networks


EDIT: As I am writing this email I was running some more traces and it
seems to have been resolved.
