I was definitely seeing it this morning, had a few customers unable to reach a certain vendor due to DNS not responding and my own Reddit browsing was unreliable, but it cleared up and has been solid since a bit after 9:00 Eastern.
Dyn status page says they consider the problem resolved as of 9:20 Eastern.
