An Incident Update Has Been Posted
Update - Customers are still experiencing delays and timeouts whilst sending
and receiving emails through the email.cloud service. Our engineers have
correlated the situation to a degraded transatlantic network link. At this time
we are actively working with the service provider restore the link.
We will make a further posting at 15:00 UTC or as soon as more information
becomes available.

Investigating
Customers have been reporting email server time outs and email delays when
sending and receiving emails, especially to and from companies in the APJ
region. Our engineering team is aware of the problem and are currently
investigating. We will make a further posting at 10am UTC or as soon as more
information becomes available.
