We have identified an issue in which customers using Cisco Umbrella
resolvers may observe high latency receiving DNS responses or timeouts
when trying to communicate with our resolvers, specifically when
communicating with our London, Chicago and NYC resolvers. We started
observing this issue around 6:20pm PDT 4/6/2017 / 1:20am UTC 4/7/2017.

This issue is currently ongoing, but we are investigating and working to
resolve it now. Updates will be posted in this article as they are
available.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact
[email protected] and one of our support representatives will
respond as soon as possible."

Thanks,
ep
