We have been done now for over an hour and we are in NY, near Greenwich, CT. I 
guess whatever effect their “core” problem is having, it isn’t causing global 
issues.

At approximately 1:26 PM EST we lost our BGP peer with Lightpath. Their NOC 
confirms it is a "core" issue and not with our peering. They don't have an ETR 
yet. I don't know how widespread the issue is.
