For what its worth, not seeing any issues here in MA I have a 10G from 1 Federal, Springfield MA to 1 Summer, Boston MA on Lighttower that is up and stable I have a 1G DIA from Hartford, CT to 1 Federal, Springfield MA that is up and stable
