Can confirm it's affecting San Fernando Valley consumer users, as well, which 
is also quite some distance from Long Beach. We've got access, but speeds are 
in the single-digit Mb/s.

I was told by Cox there is a major fiber cut from an upstream provider due to a 
motor vehicle accident. So far only impacting my sites in LA area. No ETR was 
given.
