This went beyond IPv6. IPv4 routing was dying at Comcast in NYC to Linode and Choopa/Vultr, among possibly other destination networks.
This happened twice, once earlier this morning and once just recently. Cleared up in less than 10 minutes. Sorry for the lack of detail...not near laptop right now.
