Yeah they still have issues if you call support now you get "Our support engineers are temporarliy unavalible via phone"...that's not good. They should at least post something to status.flowroute.com

Called their support waited 20+ minutes before I hung up sent ticket 4 hours ago no response as of yet. I'm thinking they are having an issue and have not yet reported it on the status page.
