well as I mentioned a little earlier, our fiber circuit seem to be back
up as of an hour ago.
Not sure if they respliced or are routing around the break.
A family member in Oxnard is also back up on their Residential package.

but Spectrum is unable to say anything other than confirm the outage.
Both major north/south highways, 101 and 1 are closed in the area,
major fire damage. I suspect it could be a while.
