My users, geographically nearby, are having issues accessing resources at our facility in South Alabama and another facility in Columbus Georgia from residential connections on Comcast and Verizon, possibly others.
I have confirmed it from my own home connection with Comcast as well. High latency (from 180 ms to a peak of 13400 ms) and periods of complete packet loss as well, all happening when traversing Level3 or GTT in Atlanta. Is there a known issue occurring or could someone weigh in on this?
