NHTSA.GOV isn't resolving via the usual public DNS providers, e.g., Cloudflare, Google or Quad9, -- fail with SERVFAIL -- so it is probably a DNSSEC issue as some non-validating public resolvers like Neustar and Yandex are working. Anyone else see this?
