Notification Details

Spectrum Enterprise continues to investigate call failures and is working with 
internal groups on troubleshooting bridges to identify the cause and actions 
needed to fix. Currently there is no ETR and additional details will be 
provided as information becomes available.

Per spectrum was just informed that they have a nationwide outage related to 
hardware failure in one of their datacenters that is causing intermittent 
issues with phone calls being connected.

I was also informed but wasn’t told where they have a fiber cut that is 
affecting accesss to spectrums services internally.
