We're seeing issues on multiple fiber circuits in BR and NOLA as of 1209p Central. Fiber / PRI circuits are bouncing, inbound calls and outbound calls are getting busy signals. Issue appears to be intermittent. Cox said they haven't seen an outage declared yet, but escalated to the fiber team. Calls to their support numbers from external cell were getting dead air or dropping before we finally got through. Anyone know of any issues?
