Anyone have any info on the Cox fiber/PRI outage in LA? We're seeing really long delays in outbound call connections (30-60s). Spoke to two Cox techs and they said the outage has been expanded to most of Louisiana. No ETR and no updates on the master ticket. Started around 1140a (Central).
