Check for tons of traffic coming from Apple.  They released a new operating 
system today and are blasting it out to all the CDNs.  Client requests might be 
overwhelming some networks in the short term.

Yes. We had one BGP session bounce 6 times between 1:55pm and 3:40pm (CDT),
with no loss of link on the interface.

Another session had no issues.
