Hello all, I was notified by one of my customers that their VPN
Connectivity and ability to reach our network was down from Israel to
Chicago for about 4 hours overnight (~2am-6am CDT) . Unfortunately I
don't have any traceroutes on the Chicago <-> Israel path during the
affected time.
All of my WAN Monitoring and traffic levels were normal except for a
single VoIP Host that I monitor in Pittsburgh, it was not responding for
the exact amount of time that the Customer in Israel was reporting their
issues. It appears that endpoint was on a Telia path. I do not have a
traceroute in the return direction.
Another VoIP Endpoint in Pittsburgh that looks to use a Level3 path was
unaffected.
Did anyone notice problems on Telia/Pittsburgh overnight?
