Hard to check things right now, it seems everybody in my area had the
brilliant idea to get on their phone (like me) and now LTE is crawling.

At the time of the cut:

traceroute to 8.8.8.8 (8.8.8.8), 30 hops max, 38 byte packets
 1 96.120.105.197 7.343 ms 7.963 ms 7.285 ms
 2 68.86.252.37 7.653 ms 7.988 ms 9.828 ms
 3 68.87.135.177 16.866 ms 14.973 ms 20.667 ms
 4 68.87.168.93 30.517 ms 30.206 ms 20.500 ms
 5 * * *

And then a few minutes later:

traceroute to 8.8.8.8 (8.8.8.8), 30 hops max, 38 byte packets
 1 96.120.105.197 7.692 ms 7.675 ms 8.603 ms
 2 * * *
 3 * * *
 4 * * *
 5 * * *

And it's been like this ever since.
