SRSPlus.com(also owned by web.com) was down at the same time. I saw it
back up at 15:30 GMT.
I am in the Chicago area and checked from my virtual server at IONOS and
saw the same DNS outage.

This cleared up from here about 5 minutes ago. Both of the previously
