We're seeing our spectrum advertised block in Milwaukee getting dropped
from the BGP table on all of our other providers locally. Has been
happening for at least an hour. Spectrum has an automated alert when you
dial in that they're experiencing a multi-state issue in Ohio, Kentucky,
and Wisconsin.
