I am in South Texas. I just heard from our upstream SDWan/VPN provider (Omninet) that they believe Spectrum had pushed a routing table update which they since have rolled back. They only saw issues with Spectrum Internet customers in South Texas. They confirmed the issue looks to be resolved.
