We fought problems with reachability to Wave (AS11404) from Boston yesterday.
Traffic to them was also dying in Dallas. Trying to reach AS11404, specifically 52.129.46.21, and it appears that Windstream drops this route in Dallas. Had a similar issue with Hurricane Electric, they had to clear some routes advertised by AS11404 on their router at that location.
