We are seeing severe packet loss, >30%, in our Santa Barbara Lumen DIA connection. It’s not impacting the connection to our BGP peer, so not causing BGP failover. Lumen has not withdrawn default routes. We have a ticket open with Lumen and all they will say is that they see an issue, but not whether or not it’s global.
