I have a Windstream circuit down outside El Paso Texas since 10:08am MDT. Windstream notified us of maintenance this morning impacting another circuit between Ohio and Georgia for purposes of "Troubleshooting Degraded Service" (unfortunately that circuit is not yet live on my network so I can't gauge the nature of degradation or success of repairs).
Their wholesale support queue auto-attendant advises "Extended hold times" and we're on hold for over 30 minutes now trying to report the circuit in Texas that is down.
