Probably nothing new here but clicking the link tries http which fails and it
doesn't automagically push you to https. Here in Northern California on AT&T
the correct link loads fine.

Anyone else having trouble accessing ups.com<http://ups.com> from Washington /
Oregon states?

I tested from 30 locations (mostly Comcast and Charter, but a few small local
ISPs) throughout Washington and Oregon.
