[outages] Verizon FIOS IPv6 routing issue - NY

Upstate New York, seeing IPv6 reachability almost non-existent. Traces 
die to most destinations within the FIOS network. Rervese trace inbound 
looks to die at first hop in FIOS network.

Anyone else experiencing this?
