NOC has confirmed that a maintenance event did not go as planned causing
the BGP outage. BGP came up for about 5 seconds and then timed out
again. Other IPv4/6 traffic on CH1 is fine, CH2 is still stable.

NOC says that there's an ongoing maintenance event due to a large
traffic spike. But has no other updates. Anyone else seeing issues
in CH1?
