A lot of stuff under https://usps.com <https://usps.com> appears broken.
PO Box renewal, their support link, "informed delivery", etc...
Pages are returning 400 Bad Request

Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
Tried it from several locations throughout Washington and Oregon and a mix of
Charter, Comcast and two lesser-known providers.
