Not seeing issues sending to Yahoo here, but your SMTP test likely failed because of the invalid EHLO command.
Microsoft's MTA is sending you a failure notification because they were unable to deliver the email to Yahoo. Yahoo's error to Microsoft is as follows.
> 451 [RL01] Message temporarily deferred
It seems to me that Microsoft is having a problem delivering your email.
