Probably unrelated, but earlier today (starting around 2:30PM Eastern) we saw about 40% packet loss on packets egressing from CyrusOne in Lebanon, OH on Cogent circuits. We don't have a root cause and as far as I know CyrusOne is still using traffic engineering to avoid Cogent connections. But I mention it because there's always a chance that things got worse when Cogent tried to resolve that issue. Bruce Wainer
