I'm currently unable to log in to Instagram via web in Seattle via CenturyLink.
The login page loads but upon logging in I see the following error:
"We couldn't connect to Instagram. Make sure you're connected to the internet
and try again."

Seeing whatsapp and Facebook messenger being unavailable and returning
connection timeout errors here in the Tampa region on multiple providers. v4
and v6 are now doing the same, initially it was working on v6 and v4 was
failed.

followup: certain actions on Facebook are erroring out. can load the feed.
can open posts. can post. can comment. cannot react (like etc). gives a
query error.
