100% was not a DoS attack.

Any ongoing issues resolving the domain would likely be a result of 
cached/stale DNS resolution data.

The domain registry removed the serverHold roughly 75 minutes ago at 1:21pm PST.

The zoom.us<http://zoom.us> is on an ICANN "serverhold" in the US domain.  
Other US
domains are working.  Not sure what's going on with that...
