Hello everyone Stylewriter 1500, OS8.1 & PM7100. All cables are correctly fitted into the correct ports. When asked to print, it wakes the printer, they talk, it states it's capturing the image then it states it is trying to identify the computer. >From here it falls over and says there is no power etc to printer, check the cables and if necessary change the ports. Tried all of this to no avail. I have come across this before but just cannot remember how to fix it. Any one with the answer ????????
