Murray,
Netscape is using the settings from the 'Internet' control panel.
There are 2 ways of changing this:
1. Go to the Internet control panel, click the 'Web' tab and set the
homepage info there.
2. In Netscape, go to 'Edit' menu to 'Preferences'. In the Identity
section under 'Mail & Newsgroups'; uncheck 'Use Internet Config'.
You should now be able to change the homepage info in Netscape.
