Before I put my request - I apologise, i apologise Besides my Mac I also use a PC. (I know, I know - a traitor)
Is so happens that my PC monitor went to heaven. Fortunately I have a Apple Multiple Scan 17 Display monitor. Unfortunately this monitor has an inbuilt cable with a MAc 15 pin D plug (8 and 7 pins in two rows). Of course what is required for the PC is a 15 pin D plug in 3 row configuration. Does anyone know if there are adaptors? Does anyone have an adaptor available? (In the past when I used a MScan with a pc I found the cable was not built into the monitor and I used a seperately cable, with the appropriate plug to connect the monitor to the PC) Thanks for any help. John who needs to be plugged in PS I ave a large assortment of Macc cables and adaptors, if anyone needs a special cable/plug.( I alos have a qnty of overseas man voltage cables). Just describe in detail what you need. In fact, if anyone has an illustration/description of all different plugs used in the comp industry - both pc and MAc, I will be most grateful to receive a copy. I'll be glad to pay for it, or provide one (or two) of my many special cables in exchange ..... :) -- Outback Mac is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and... 123Inkjets.com <http://lowendmac.com/ad/123inkjets.html> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Outback Mac list info: <http://lowendmac.com/lists/obmac.shtml> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/outback.mac%40mail.maclaunch.com/> Using a Mac?
