Information Security Analyst Responsibilities: •Assist with vendor management due diligence reviews. •Aid in performing information security risk assessments and serving as the internal controls review for information security processes. •Work with managers at all corporate locations as well as corporate department heads to accomplish information security goals throughout the organization. •Promote activities to foster information security awareness throughout the organization. •Monitor internal control systems to ensure that appropriate information access levels and security clearances are maintained. •Assist with performing vulnerability scans. Ideal candidate will possess: •Working IT knowledge, including an understanding of Microsoft and Linux/Unix operating systems, networking, and network security devices. •A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Telecommunications or equivalent work experience. •Good written and verbal communication skills. •Good problem solving, research, and follow-up skills. •Self-motivation and ability to work independently when necessary. •Detail oriented and organized. •Willingness to learn new technical skills and information security best practices.
