Strong understanding of payroll relationship with other Oracle modules (HR, OAB, OTL) e.. Advanced Element definition and understanding (why and how) f.. Advanced Fast Formula experience (Oracle seeded fast formulas plus defining custom fast formulas) g.. Strong understanding of payroll business processing h.. Understands payroll regulatory requirements i.. Very strong communication skills - will be working directly with the business j..
