SQA Engineers Seeking highly talented SQA Engineers. All openings require 5+ years or more experience. Key requirement is the ability to perform on cross- functional project led teams independently and collaboratively with little direction. Qualifications · Develop and maintain productive and positive relationships with business and technical staff · 2 or more years working on Project Teams managed by project managers as well as self-managed high performing teams · Strong initiative to seek out requirements and testing scope when little formal documentation exists · Able to work and perform in various methodologies such as serial, iterative and moving towards more agile. · Strong collaborative consulting communication skills. Experience working with internal and external clients. · Strong analytical skills. Able to drive down to the root cause of software failures and communicate to project team members. · Minimum 5+ years experience hands-on testing web applications (C# .NET preferred) · Expert manual testing skills, recent functional automation experience is highly desired · 5+ years testing data driven websites, data validation between databases, end-end testing of data, ETL data testing, and data warehouse validation with GUI user interface · Senior level SQL query skills (Oracle and SQL) · Ability to leverage the different types of table joins within either Oracle or MS SQL Server · Ability to understand business rules or logic as found in MS SQL Server stored procedures, ETL DTS code · Excellent at reporting accurate and timely status of projects/ releases/builds · Experience with multiple defect tracking systems and typical defect escalations procedures · Strong ability to estimate testing effort and communicate multiple options · Assist with UAT effort as needed · Leads as needed client acceptance test efforts, daily defect triage meetings as needed · Leads as needed day to day SQA activities and end-end testing life cycle support as needed · Plans for and obtains testing environments with Operations staff · Provides on-going process improvement suggestions and implements quick-hits improvements Preferred Skills · Compuware Optimal Quality Suite experience Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Introduce business in 3800 cities.
