Field Applications Engineer - Software Position Description: Provides technical support to fielded and deployed systems. Field support software engineers are responsible for system troubleshooting of complex communications systems. Additional duties will include system testing, operational support, and field training of military personnel. This position may require up to 50% travel. Basic Requirements: - US citizenship - Active TS/SCI clearance - Minimum 4 years experience working with ELINT/SIGINT Other Requirements: - BS in technical areas to include computer science, engineering, or information systems are prefered but not required. - Should be familiar with current Lighthouse architecture and test methodologies. - Should understand RF communications, engineering processes, system testing, and troubleshooting. - Should have well-developed verbal and written communications skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers and developers. - Prior experience with military or DOD, with understanding of government testing, maintenance, and training preferred.
