Hyperion Datawareshouse Consultant Dallas,TX 6 Months Rate : $ 50/Hr. CTC Hyperion Data Warehouse Development Required Skills: * ETL tools (Data Integrator) * BI tools (Hyperion, Outlooksoft, Cognos, Oracle) * Multidimensional tools (analysis services) * RDBMS (Oracle, SQL server, DB2, Informix) * Competent and experienced in data architecture (data modeling and configuring data warehouses and data marts) * Experience using at least one of the modeling tools: Erwin, Oracle Designer, or Sybase Power Designer Responsiblities: * Responsible for assessing data integrity issues across applications and source systems * Review current data structures and recommend optimization and reconfiguration strategies * Extensive experience with data integration, reporting, and analysis tools * Experience in developing and designing relational online analytic process (ROLAP), multidimensional online analytical process (MOLAP), and hybrid online analytic process (HOLAP solutions) * Ability to consolidate metadata across environments if necessary * Ability to work with business users and translate business requirements into data objects * Experience with ETL architecture, design and build * Knowledge of data design and data modeling tools sufficient to produce sound logical data models * Experience with varied forms of data design, such as online transaction processing, online analytical processing, data warehousing, operational data stores, and decision support systems * 5+ years in data modeling and warehouse design and development * Strong SQL skills related to information retrieval and analysis Hyperion data warehouse development Communication skills: Strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written) Business process analysis and redesign experience: Strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation Systems implementation skills: Requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support General consulting skills, including: Team facilitation, business case development, and supply chain assessment / strategy Project management: lead small teams of 1 - 3 resources (both consulting and client employees) Thanks & Regards, -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Adi Sastry PRIMUS Global Services Inc.
