This position will be a support analyst for the Customer Contract Management application (Model N) for the client Qualified applicants must a BS/BA degree in computer science or a related curriculum and at least 2-5 years of IT experience. The successful candidate will be well rounded in application development using Oracle, Java, JavaScript, XML and web technologies. The applicant must have good oral and written communications skills with both the IT and user communities. Support activities will include: . Monitoring daily batch interfaces to other applications . Maintain and enhance the Model N application customizations and it's interfaces to other systems . Application system administration activities . Coordination with other application support teams to oversee interfaces to/from Model N . Coordination with infrastructure support teams for services such as server and DBA support Qualifications: . MANDATORY: Minimum 6 months experience in customization of Model N . Experience as a member of an application support team is required. . Hands on experience with Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX, JAVA/J2EE is required. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities are required. . Strong organizational skills with attention to detail required. . Experience with Contract Management or sales data is preferred. .
