Help is also needed to provide GIS services including database, GIS and web server accesses, and application development using industrial standard practices to meet critical enterprise GIS business needs Candidate will be: . Responsible for and assist with the configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, access, performance tuning and deployment of enterprise wide Geographical Information System (GIS) on ESRI ArcSDE and ESRI ArcGIS Server. . Create and manage system documentation, including configurations, backup and restoration procedures. Manage product patches and new version upgrades. . Create standard procedures and processes for GIS change control and production deployment, and distribution and support for desktop software under enterprise licenses, as well as other data related ad hoc requests. . Assist with developing GIS-based databases with database and map displays, use/develop software to enter, update, transform, geo-coding and display information in the geodatabase. . Perform data analysis, integration, maintenance and QA to provide data for web based GIS (Geographic Information System) applications. . Develop streamlined data processing workflow and applications to help with data analysis and integration from various sources that involve vector, raster and imagery geospatial datasets, QA and maintenance, fulfill data delivery orders and manage data inventory. . Provide training and mentoring within the organization on using the enterprise Geographic Information System and tools to collect, analyze, share relevant data among all divisions. Required Skills Are: . Minimum 6 years admin experiences with web server, ArcSDE and ESRI GIS servers. . Minimum 6 years application development experiences in scripting and programming languages. . Minimum 4 years experience with custom web-based and desktop applications using ESRI GIS products especially with SQL Server and ORACLE back-end on Enterprise GIS platform. . Strong ability to prioritize workload and perform a variety of concurrent tasks within timelines under minimal hand-on direction. . Solid experience working with customers across teams is required. . Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. . Experience and knowledge of GIS data development, management, analysis, and workflows. . Experience and knowledge of desktop GIS application software environment. .
