Sr. Web Developer Essential Functions: * Minimum of 4 years experience designing web-based products for Web 2.0 consumer-oriented web sites and web applications. * Knowledge of web standards principles and practices. * Develop standards for a consistent user experience. * Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast paced environment. * Maintain corporate branding guidelines. * Manage style elements (color, typeface, imagery, etc). * Must be able to work with existing designs and skilled in the areas of visual, user-centric, and web-based design. * Solid skills in design software, e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, & Flash. * Expertise with MS Office product suite. * Knowledge of UML * Understanding of practical benefits and limitations of Internet technologies (CSS, HTML, Flash, Java, DHTML, CGI, Flex and/or AJAX for web development, etc.) * Participate in the user interface design of web sites, recommending and applying user interface principles to the site's information architecture, content organization, page flows, interaction design and navigation schemes. Education/Experience BA/BS degree in graphic design, or related field. or related field as well as 3 to 5 year of related work experience is essential. Technical background and eCommerce experience a plus.
