Sr Reporting Analyst - QA Analyst ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS A. Lead the team and functions of the reporting, analytics, decision support of the Quality and Compliance Department of a Care Management Center Ø Develop monthly, quarterly and annual reporting/analyses for customers and for internal needs of the CMC and SBU(s) Ø Establish processes to regularly and consistently measure performance of the CMC Ø Coordinate project deliverables to ensure project goals and timelines are met Ø Coordinate reporting input and access with Analytical Service dept. Ø Assist Learning Department in development and presentation training programs for team. B. Coordinate the development, production and delivery of outcome reports, project analytics, study design, decision support tools and research projects for the CMC and SBU(s). C. Provide direction and coordination for the tracking and analysis of audit findings and report generation. D. Provide consultation to management within the CMC or SBU(s) on reporting, analytics and decision support tools to drive performance improvement. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 1. Education: BA/BS: Statistics, research, information systems or health services related field, such as Public Health, Health Science, Psychology, with reporting and analytical emphasis, research evaluation and/or experimental design. 2. Experience: 3-5 years 3. Computer Skills: MS Office SOFTWARE suite and statisticien SOFTWARE package PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1. Education: Master’s degree preferred. 2.
