The duties will include working with other analysts within the Network Operations Center within the NOC 24x7 Operations area. This analyst will have responsibility for the maintaining the reliability of the Client environment utilizing HP Openview’s Management suite of products. A strong background working in an IT Operations Data Center environment is recommended. * Primary Job Duties:* Primary responsibility is monitoring the availability of the Client IT environment. Responsibility for the monitoring and restoration of the Client Infrastructure following documented processes. Ability to follow documented processes. Work with groups within IT Infrastructure and IT Applications in resolving problem issues. Must be flexible with O.T. and possible shift changes to cover for vacation/sickness. Job Qualifications: Working knowledge and experience working within a Corporate Ticketing system for Incident Management Network skills Experience Working knowledge of IT network and systems management tools (experience with HP OpenView NNM, HP OVIS, HP OVPI & CiscoWorks) Proven skills in troubleshooting and resolving problems with a large scale IT distributed systems.
