Job title -   Business Analyst (Interwoven) Document Management

Position Type - Contract

Location - San Jose CA

Duration - 7 months



Responsibilities



The HR Business Systems Analyst is responsible for leading requirements
definition and functional specifications for key global initiatives on the
Human Resources Information Systems roadmap.  This position will work
closely with other HR stakeholders, IT, various functional groups, and
business units in defining and *implementing HRIS solutions* to meet
business objectives.  Specific responsibilities include:



Requirements



Minimum 8 years experience in enterprise applications implementation; hands
on experience with HR business processes and functions.



   - Experience in designing and implementing shared service center
   technologies (e.g., Document Management, Knowledge Management, Case
   Management, Telephony/Call Routing); preference for experience in
   implementing shared service center technologies specifically for HR
   - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience
   applying these skills within complex  programs to address business and
   technical requirements
   - Experience taking strategic business initiatives and documenting clear,
   thorough functional requirements to be implemented by IT or 3rd Parties
   - *Intervowen* as the *Document Management tool*.
   - Hands on experience in writing and executing *UAT test scripts*, and
   managing UAT testing with users
   - Solutions-oriented; ability to analyze and identify pros/cons/tradeoffs
   for decision making
   - Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive
   programs to completion; ability to meet tight deadlines
   - 5-8 years of experience as business systems analyst, *HRIS
analyst*experience a plus
   - Experience with *SAP HCM modules* or *similar HRMS system* experience
   - Experience working with *Web applications*
   - Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build strong professional
   relationships, and effective interacting with various levels in the
   organization
   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, with
   ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all types of users
   - Must be a true team player that works well in collaborative situations
   and excels in partnering across organizations
   - Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow through
   skills
   - Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and
   results-oriented environment, and be flexible and adaptable to changing
   situations
   - Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
   - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access,
   PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project
