PeopleSoft Consultant Level 4 6-10 Years Location: Washington, DC Duration: 5+ Months Complete Description: Client currently uses various software packages and manual processes for Performance Management, Compensation Management, and Learning Management of Client's employees. In addition, the District does not fully realize the value and utilize the functionality of its implementation of the PeopleSoft's eRecruit module as its internet recruiting tool. The Client does not have an HCM data warehouse to conduct workforce analysis with delivered Datamarts that feed real time from the system of record. In addition, the Client lacks a standard, web-based, self-service training platform for PeopleSoft users. The Client has chosen respective PeopleSoft Application software to replace the aforementioned software packages and manual processes. PeopleSoft is the current Client's HCM platform and provides a web-enabled, vendor-supported and a fully integrated platform that will include future improvements and enhancements. . eRecruit . eCompensation . ePerformance . Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) . User Productivity Kit (UPK) . HCM Data Warehouse and Workforce Analytics (Datamarts) Selected candidates will be expected to: * Perform functional analysis, requirements definition for above listed modules. * Work with Business Users to gather and document requirements to apply system solutions to business problems. * Identify and document gaps in business processes. * Identify Business Process Reengineering opportunities for existing and future modules and processes. * Document system enhancement proposals, outline issues, alternatives and provide recommendations detailing performance, costs, scheduling, time and benefits. * Understand and adhere to documentation standards, file design and storage. * Performs all PeopleSoft configurations to meet business requirements.
